Cutting & Shaping the bonnet

After cutting out the general shape of the bonnet using tin snips, I carefully filed down the edges to ensure no shards of aluminum protruded out from the cut-out. After that, I started using a Nylon mallet and a slightly curved dolly to form a general shape of the bonnet.

Shortly after I had established a general shape, I attempted to create a small curved, beveled-edge around the sides of the bonnet.
